Everything you need to know before ordering a print.
What file format do I need?
Upload an STL file. Make sure it is watertight (manifold) and scaled to millimetres. If the upload fails, the AI estimator will flag obvious geometry issues.
What materials do you offer?
We stock PLA for crisp detail and PETG for tougher, weather-resistant parts. Every part is printed, inspected and packed in-house.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are dispatched within 72 hours. Standard US shipping usually takes 2–5 business days, at a flat $9 rate.
Can I return a custom print?
Because every print is made to order, we do not accept returns unless the part arrives damaged or materially different from your configuration. Contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
How accurate are the prints?
We hold a tolerance of ±0.1 mm on well-prepared models. Fine details and overhangs may need supports, which are removed before shipping.
